  • Partner must demonstrate that there is demand for the combined Solution(s).
  • Partner software products must be complementary to 3scale products and solutions.
  • Partner provides updates on the status of its product integration with the applicable 3scale product(s).
  • Partner agrees to timely integration with applicable 3scale product(s) to support revisions (past, present and future) of the 3scale product(s) as best possible.
  • Partner must define distribution channel and support mechanisms to be used for the sale of the combined product(s).
