- Martin Tantow (MBA), Co-founder and commercial lead
- Martin has previously been a senior strategy consultant with
Oliver Wyman, advising clients across Europe, the Middle East
and Latin America. He has held senior management positions
within T-Mobile International in Germany and the UK where he led
T-Mobile's alliance activities. Martin holds an MBA from LMU
University, Munich, Germany.

- Steven Willmott (Ph.D.), Co-founder and technical lead
- Steven was previously the research director of one of the
leading European research groups in Europe on distributed
systems and Artificial Intelligence at the Universitat
Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. He brings 10 years
of technical experience in Web Services, Semantic Web, network
technology and the management of large-scale international R&D
teams.

- Guillaume Balas (MBA), VP marketing and sales
- Guillaume has previously been a senior strategy consultant with Oliver Wyman, advising clients across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. His responsibilities along his 7 years experience as consultant for OW, and previously Devoteam, focus on business development, strategic planning and operations management in the IT and Telecom sectors.
Guillaume holds an Industrial engineering degree from ENSAM, Paris, France and a MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

- Carlos Merida (Ph.D.), Senior management
- Carlos brings 10 years of coding and management experience
in technical projects ranging from inter-organisational teams to
his own off-the-wall ideas. He holds a computer sciences degree
from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona,
Spain with honours for his research collaboration in Hewlett
Packard Labs in Bristol, U.K.

- José Luis Agell, Business development
- José Luis has previously worked in multinational companies,
such as Danone SA (Barcelona) and Hilti Corp. (Liechtenstein)
where he led a technical marketing project across Europe. He
holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from UPC University in
Barcelona and ETH Zurich and a Business degree from UOC
University in Barcelona.

- A Java and Agile Specialist with experience with a wide

Management to Mine Warfare Systems, from Web based Pensions
Systems to Broadband Infrastructure Management. More recently he
has been a European level Java and Web application Advocate for
IBM and has worked with Nokia and British Sky Broadcasting as
an Agile and Java Mentor.

- Design and front end usability specialist, likes to play
