I’ve created account and played around with the colour configuration (which is cool) but elsewhere you mention full CSS/HTML skinning – how do I access this?

At the moment you’ll need to email support@3scale.net and we’ll activate this feature. To use it you’ll find a new "design" tab under the ADMIN section where you can upload and edit your configuration information.

Can I alter the plugins or do I have to use them as is?

Yes, you can alter plugins all that you like – they are intended just as examples to carry out your initial 3scale integration. The code is also open source so you can use it freely. If you have any conflict issues with the license let us kow and we’ll see what we can change.

Just a quick note on the CSS/Skinning topic – this is now available by default in all accounts. Just head to the "site" tab and then "design".

In order to test the Service Management API, your documentation suggested that you provide a token user_key. However, I cannot find this information anywhere on your site.

Hi Graham – I’m afraid there isn’t a default key for the service so the way to test this is to create a test user (you can do this once you’ve published a plan and then go to "view site, signup") to generate a key.

If traffic is flowing correctly the hits should show up pretty much immediately on the dashboard stats area.
