month to month. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on up-front yearly commitments. Contact sales@3scale.net if you'd like to switch to a yearly plan.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Yes, at any time. This is can be done from your Account control panel or by contacting us directly at sales@3scale.net.
You can also cancel your account anytime, no questions asked.
What is your refund policy?
In your account area on the plans page you'll find the cancel button and cancellation is a no questions asked process.
