    How long are the contracts and how do I cancel service?
    Unless you sign up for our yearly plan, all 3scale products are month to month. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
    You can cancel the service by simply sending an email to sales@3scale.net. Canceling 3scale is an instantaneous and no questions asked process.
    Is there a discount for yearly service?
    Yes, we offer a 15% discount on up-front yearly commitments. There are no refunds on yearly service contracts. If you’re interested please contact us at sales@3scale.net
    How do I integrate with 3scale?
    Integrating your API with 3scale’s back-end in order to have your API Management service up and running is FAST and EASY: use the 3scale Service Management API or simply download the Plug-in and follow the instructions! Check the details here
    When do I move to the next monthly fee?
    3scale will notify you by email each time your traffic volume overreaches its current contractual upper limit. When the limit is overreached more than 3 times a week over 2 weeks, a sales person will contact you to upgrade your account.
