3scale provides four core APIs that enable you to access almost any part of its infrastructure direct from your own applications. The four APIs are:

• Service Management API: this is 3scale’s core API – use it to authorize access to your API, monitor calls and report traffic. Either integrate via one of the code plugins or directly with the API.




• Account Management API: this API gives you full control over all the organisations, developers and applications using the API. Using this API you can connect 3scales service administration features directly to your back in systems.




• Analytics API: the analytics API lets you pull out usage statistics for your API, either for the whole service or for each application. Use it to integrate stats information into your own internal dashboards or provide enhanced dashboards for your API users.




• Billing API: this API provides access to 3scale’s billing features to enable you to access invoices, line items and payment information for each of your customers. The API enables you to connect 3scale’s billing systems into your own internal systems.
